On To The Next

No way that I will dwell or even look in the rearview mirror as I push and plan what is next. I appreciate the challenge 2020 gave us and am blessed to move toward 2021 to meet new challenges.

Lock in because this is your year to make more giant waves, and inspire more change in your industry. The vision is becoming more and more evident with every move, every new connection, and every calculated risk for a more significant impact.

I have spent the last nine months stretching my creative mind to attack 2021 more strategically and efficiently. I am ready to push limits and take my coaching concepts into other business areas outside sports. I am emphasizing my leadership significantly and gaining a greater understanding of how I lead for outcomes and allow development in those around me.

Closeout the 4th quarter strong, and let us get ready to dominate quarter one and set the tone for the rest of the year. I am one of one and still here because this will forever be a marathon with no finish lines, just the next lap.
